Becoming a member represents a dedication to the respectful handling of pets entrusted to your care. You must never pile pets on top of one another at any stage and you must ensure that pet owners receive all of their pet’s ashes and only their pet’s ashes back. Pets are beloved family members who deserve to be treated with dignity. This is the guiding principle of the APPCC and our members.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please first familiarise yourself with the APPCC Code of Conduct to ensure you are willing to meet the standards of aftercare that all of our member crematoriums provide.

Once you become a member of the APPCC, you must follow the Code of Conduct, as it is a legal declaration of the standard of care you will provide to pets and their owners. Deviating from the Code of Conduct may constitute a Trading Standards violation and action can be taken against you.
